Wilton Class I

I have always enjoyed cooking and baking. Before I moved to New York, my friends asked me to complete a cake decorating class with them. I enjoyed the Wilton Class I, and since then have taken every available opportunity to bake desserts and practice what I have learned. On this blog, you will find examples of cakes and other desserts that I have made. It is my desire that as I expand my knowledge of baking and my neighbors and friends visit this page, more opportunities to bake will arise. Below, are some pictures from the Wilton Class I!
