Wilton Class II

In May, one of Nathan's co-workers, Mattie, asked if I was interested in taking the Wilton Class II. Of course I said yes.

This class was amazing. We learned how to use Royal Icing, which is great for making flowers. When the icing drys it is extremely hard and can last forever! We made many different flowers, from roses to pansies and apple blossoms! After making all of our flowers we put them together on a cake we brought from home. We also learned how to make the basket weave on the side of the cake. This class has taken my cake decorating skills to a whole new level!
