Luckily I took a picture before my mom stuck her finger on the Lei to see what it was made of. Icing again, mom. Seriously.

Luau cake
This was for my sister's 25th birthday. She wanted a luau. By far the best tasting cake I have done. And I learned that Barbie (pretend she is Polynesian Barbie) is taller than the Wilton doll cake mold, hence the big round cake under her. My 2 year old girls LOVED helping me make this cake. The "sand" is ground up golden oreos. Tasted wonderful.
