Ribbon Cake

I am in the middle of my 3rd Wilton Cake Decorating Class. Last night I made this Ribbon Cake. It is a square cake (just plain yellow cake) covered with buttercream icing and decorated with fondant. This is my first class to be working with fondant. It is very exciting and fun to work with! I can't wait to make my next cake. I sent the cake with Nathan to school today, I hope his co-workers enjoyed eating this beautiful cake. =)
